How does the monthly report routine work?

  1. Send us last month

    Send last month's exports, the fixes you made by hand and the report you ended with.

  2. We set it up with you

    One session with you, plus one revision. It has to rebuild last month's report before we hand it over.

  3. Each month, you check it

    Add the new exports and the report is rebuilt the same way. Spot a new fix? Write it down once; next month starts with it.

Does the Skilled Routines monthly report replace my accountant?

No. Your accountant and your tax filings stay as they are. The monthly report routine covers the monthly report you now rebuild yourself.

Where does my data go?

Skilled Routines (BassWav) uses what you send only to answer your request and to set up your routine. It does not sell it or use it for marketing. Never send passwords or bank logins: they are not needed. The details are in our privacy notice.

Will the monthly report routine work with my software?

Tell us in your request which exports you start from. Bas says in his reply whether your report fits, before any price.

What if my exports change?

A small change is a new fix for the monthly report routine: you write it down once, and every month after starts with it. A bigger change, such as new bookkeeping software: tell Bas, and nothing changes until you agree.

How do I order the monthly report routine?

Ask for a quote with the form. Bas replies by email. If it fits, you get a fixed price, the terms and the setup date in writing. You pay by invoice; then Bas sets up the monthly report routine with you.
